How do I stop receiving text messages from Fellow?
To unsubscribe from our marketing text messages, simply reply with STOP. To resume receiving messages, reply with START.

I received mail from Fellow. How can I opt out?
We're sorry we sent you something you're not interested in! We're happy to remove you from any future mailings we do. Please fill out this form, and we'll make sure your name and address are on our "Do Not Mail" list. Please note that opt-out requests may take up to eight weeks to process. We apologize for any mail from Fellow you may receive in the meantime.
Do you sell 220v or 240v EKG, Odes or other new products?
We do not currently sell 220V or 240V models of our kettles and grinders on our website, only those rated for use in the US. However, we do have international retail partners who may sell the correct models in your area! A list of them separated by country can be found here.
Newly released products can take approximately 4-6 months (barring anything unforeseen) to be available in other countries due to testing and certifications. We aim to have our products available for everyone as quickly as possible!
Please note: Using power converters with our 120V products can cause functionality issues, and doing so will void the warranty on the item, as stated on our warranty page. Similarly, freight forwarding products to other countries we don't directly ship to will also void the warranty of the product.
Fellow Warehouse Sales: Everything You Need to Know
What is it?
Fellow's Warehouse Sales are where you'll find lightly used and open-box electric and non-electric products at unbeatable prices! It's your chance to grab the item(s) you've been eyeing at steep discounts, and hang out with other coffee lovers in Fellow's literal warehouse. Sometimes, we even have a DJ!
When is it?
Fellow will normally have 1 or 2 warehouse sales a year. While the timing can be a bit fluid, we'll be sure to reach out via email and post about it on our Instagram beforehand to make sure you have more than enough time to plan to be there!
What if I have a problem with a product purchased from a Fellow Warehouse Sale?
Since the items in our warehouse sale are open-box or lightly used and deeply discounted, we handle them a bit differently than other items.
If you're having an issue with an electric product within 1 year of purchasing, our retail team would love to help you! If you're in the San Francisco Bay area, please don't hesitate to stop by our storefront to receive personalized help!
How do I register my Fellow electric products?
In order to register your Fellow electric product, please submit this form. After registering, you will receive an email from Fellow containing your registration perks, like an extended warranty and priority support! Please save this email for future reference.
If you run into any difficulty when registering or you would like to check the status of your warranty, please reach out via the CX assistant chat in the bottom right corner of the screen – we’re happy to help!
Registration is only eligible for products purchased in the United States on or after June 29, 2021.
Do your Carter Mugs contain lead?
As part of the certification program for our Carters, we test for heavy metals (which includes lead) on all surfaces that are exposed to the consumer to make sure they're completely safe to use.
However, we do use lead solder for our Carter mugs. This is an industry-standard practice for the manufacturing of vacuum insulation bottles. The lead solder in the mug is not exposed to the user and poses no health risk or danger.
Additionally, each of our products is certified to all relevant food safety requirements in each region of sale and complies with all safety standards as applicable.
